"Clean condo and clean property. Condo was large and comfortable. Newer appliances. Our condo was on bottom floor, closest to highway, so we heard traffic noise over waves. Would stay at the property again, but only if I could get farther away from the road. Still, nice view of pool and ocean waves. Couldn't see beach because we were too low and brush was growing high. Good water pressure and hot water. Staff was nice and repeatedly asked if there was anything we needed. Ice maker didn't put out hardly any ice. Staff brought us a bag of ice, which enabled ice maker to get caught up. Location is surrounded by condos. Def not a touristy area. A few restaurants, Walmart nearby. Not very walkable. Stayed in early September, so not crowded at all. Beach had a lot of shells, so difficult to walk into the water, if your intention is to swim. Beach itself easily walkable, though."

"The Sandpiper was absolutely beautiful n completely cozy! We enjoyed every minute of the little bit of time we actually spent there. I will say though that they need to trim the one bush out front to the left of the parking area, you cant park there due to the overgrown bush. Other than that our stay was fantastic!"
