"Hands down one of the nicest most comfortable stays ever. Staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. The room was very spacious, spotless and comfortable. I slept so good in the bed I missed breakfast! Lots of great amenities and in a great area with lots to see and do. Will 100% stay again"

"River view “apartment” with balcony was an excellent room. Clean, spacious (for european standards) and very comfortable. Hotel had fantastic views of the river and bridge, and extremely easy to get to the city even though it’s not placed in the city center. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating whenever needed be. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Will be back if I find myself in Porto again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at “ the palace” Wonderful location in old town. Fantastic room! Super clean, comfy bed. Fully equipped kitchen with clothes washer and dishwasher. If only the weather had been better we would have totally enjoyed the garden we could access right from the room. The included breakfast was in a cosy little room with a family like atmosphere. Highly recommend."
