Reception clerk was just horrible, disrespectful and a habitual liar. Room is average and tiny. We stayed in many of these intercity hotels but I had enough of them. After this 3 weeks trip l will not choose İntercity Hotels for our future trips

I stayed at Novotel for 3 weeks whilst I was working in Karlsruhe. It's very well located near the theatre, the shopping mall and easy to walk into the town. Not enough amenities, such as wardrobes. You only find one shampoo in the bathroom. not clean. Not recommended at all. On the first day of my stay, the building door was blocked, and we were trapped inside. It was so hard to communicate and find someone to help.
