"We have family that live near there so we always stay at the Best Western Premier. It’s a nice place to stay, but I was disappointed that they gouge the parents who are paying for their students college education education, and charged us $300 a night when they normally charge us a little over 100."

"You cant beat the price! Clean room, sheets n towels. No shampoo only soap which I was told is a brand standard n I was given a free shampoo n conditioner which they sell it at the vending. Overall good stay."

"Arrived at 5 rooms were not ready, took forever to let us know 2nd room plumbing was broke their dryer broke so they had no bedding, 2nd room was not given to us till the evening because the receptionist was the only employee of the hotel, we had to help with making the beds on the 2nd room so we could have the room not enough towels in the rooms no dishes in the kitchen. Trash an outside was overflowing. Everything was booked around town. Horrible experience."

"I accidentally booked 2 nights instead of one. The first night I got there I let them know to please cancel the second night. The person at the front desk told me that the check out person could do that for me the next day. I called Expedia right away and told them what happened. They called Econo but the person there said they didn’t have the authority to cancel the second night. The Expedia person said they will message Econo and get back to me. The next day I got an email saying that Econo said that I did NOT check out after one day and I did. I did not receive any money back. "
