"Staff is always so professional, polite and friendly. Area has great access to highway and local restaurants, malls and transit. Rooms are big and clean with many good amenities. It is an older building but in great shape. Stayed many times and it's a clean and reliable Home away from home"

"When we came back later that night, all the spaces in the area where our room was located were taken. We drove around to find a spot. We had to park away from room. Then an hour later someone left. So we moved our truck to a closer spot to our room which made us feel it was safer. "

"Came with a hockey team, some left before staying due to condition of rooms. My room the shower glass door was broken, they replaced with a short curtain that let the water run all over the floor. Room service knocked early, I only wanted clean towels; they didn’t have any (so not sure why knock if not ready) never brought them as promised. My son wore white socks and took shoes off in room, after 15 minutes they were almost black on bottoms. Staff were nice and friendly. I’m not a fan of leaving bad reviews but this hotel is one of the lowest on my experience. Wasn’t much cheaper than higher end ones, so it was a tough go. Will not be staying here again. "

"The breakfast was not up to standards for the chain name "Hilton". Over priced. $28 dollars per person, thats ridiculous. Disappointment!! I was told by staff breakfast was included but that was false information."
