Staff barely courteous. Room had no proper lighting. Just small bedside lights, a dull LED strip behind the bed and a lamp we had to crawl behind the desk to find a switch for. Fixtures were flimsy. Friendly staff, average breakfast. Cleary suitabled to the vertically challenged, very low shower head, special knack required to get the toilet to flish

The whole hotel experience was wonderful! Just need to be specific with regards to vegan 🌱 options on the menu! Table napkins definitely need upgrading for a 4 star restaurant

We never stayed in the apartment we had book as told this was already occupied. We was given apartment 11. This was fine but a lot of road noise.
