"If you just need a place to bathe and sleep, this will do. The whole facility is run down and appears to not have seen a coat of paint or good scrubbing for years. I didn’t visit the pool but from a quick glance, it appeared to be the most well-kept part of the hotel. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The lampshades in my room were ripped and torn. The mini fridge quit working on the 2nd or 3rd day and the staff asked if I had used the hairdryer as that would trip the fridge outlet. The hairdryer was falling apart. Enough said?"
"Amazing! Very clean. Beautiful property! Great, friendly staff - total sweethearts. The pool was relaxing and fun. Wonderful signature cocktails. The food at the restaurant was so delicious! Pet friendly, with appropriate considerations for those with pet allergies. Great location - close to many restaurants and shopping. Very accommodating. Just a really thoughtful hotel and overall enjoyable atmosphere. My new favorite. "

"We chose this hotel to celebrate a 40th birthday. The property is beautiful with great golf course views, and the front desk was very accommodating when we arrived early. They helped place our rooms next to each other and even accommodated a surprise gift for our birthday guest, which we appreciated.
The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable, but we arrived to find the shower shampoo and conditioner bottles empty, which wasn’t a great first impression. On the second day a strong sewer-like smell developed in the room and got worse into the evening. Maintenance attempted a fix, but it didn’t help. Later that evening the fire alarm went off and guests ended up standing in the hallway in pajamas, but there was no follow-up or communication from staff afterward. By the third day the smell was overwhelming, and while the staff did move us to another room, the process wasn’t very smooth and there was no assistance offered with moving.
We did enjoy renting a pool cabana—Jordan and Delani provided great service. However, our pizza lunch was undercooked and doughy. At checkout we received a small credit after asking, though we weren’t asked how our stay was, which was surprising for a hotel of this caliber.
Overall, a beautiful property but several maintenance and service issues took away from the experience."
