"We had a great stay. Lovely place, amazing grounds, A1 service. A little confusing at first because there is a resort side and house hotel side. But staff was great explaining and getting us a person to help with our bags. Had dinner at the Cruize restaurant absolutely delicious and fresh food. "The apt was clean enough. Felt a bit like being in a dormitory. The soap dispensers were half full. Ashtray with cigarette butts was left outdoors on the table and was filled with rain water. Most disappointing was the shower. It looked new, but did not work properly. Hot and cold and hot and cold water. Needs to be corrected. "
