Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful Issue with cleaning staff not shutting our room door completely after cleaning the room. Additional toilet paper would have been beneficial given there were 4 people in the room.

L'Hôtel Québec par JARO
Great place for families. Loved the pool and the indoor playground. Definitely stay there again, but only in off season. It's would be overwhelming if it was busy. The restaurant was great. Prices good and portions large (kids meals)

Hooks for coats would be nice, it isn’t ideal in wintertime having to store a coat in a cupboard. We could also hear everything happening in the hallways (doors slamming, people coughing, etc). Otherwise, the room itself was very nice, perfect area to stay in, the view from our room was quite nice ...
