Really good value for money

Really big and spacious room for a family of 3, travelling with a dog. Good welcoming for the dog too, with a small blanket, dog biscuits, and bowls for water and food. Had a great stay. Really good value for money.

The hotel is a good walkable location for accessing the town center and Schloss. Staff and check in were excellent. The rooms were spacious, modern, well decorated, and clean. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable. The parking garage was inexpensive and there was plenty of spaces. That is the good. It was a hot June weekend and a key criteria for choosing a hotel was an AC cooled room. Outside during the day, it was 32 centigrade. The room at check in was close to 30. When we returned in the evening the outside temperature was 24 centigrade. The room was still close to 30. We turned on the AC, all it did was blow warm air. Front desk was not able to assist. We were forced to sleep in a hot room that never cooled over the course of the night. Cooling should be based on room temperature and occupancy, not outside temperature.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit leichten Mängel. Heizungsrohre im Bad ohne Abdeckung an der Wand, TV locker in der TV-Halterung, kann nicht fixiert werden. Speisebereich hat zeitliche Spuren im Bodenbereich & Co. Hotelbar ohne Snackangebote. Man bietet Snack aus dem Automaten zum Selbstkauf an, welcher teilweise leer ist. Snackautomat ist innen verunreinigt = unappetitlich.

Wir waren übers Wochenende vor Ort und es war einfach super. Die stadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal super kompetent und freundlich. Das Essen im Hotel ob Abends oder auch das Frühstück sensationell. Wir würden es zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für das tolle Wochenende.

Die Sauberkeit von dem Zimmer war nicht ganz so gut, Staub bzw. Schmutz auf dem Regal, Stuhl und unter dem Bett. Fenstervorhang hing an den Enden herunter. Sonst war es ein guter Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes und komfortables Zimmer. Wir waren für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Schwerin. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegenen. Man kann fußläufig alles gut erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Frühstück war super gut. Alles vorhanden (Omelette, Pancakes, Kuchen, Müsli). Service am Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer zur Straße etwas lauter, wenn man Fenster auf hat. Aber sonst alles da. Sogar eine Mikrowelle 😁

Ett hotell i Schwerin som är helt okej. Bra service, sköna sängar och tysta rum. Frukosten är okej också. Men till sevärdheterna i Schwerin (som gamla stan och slottet) är det en bit, så det ligger lite off.

Bodde 4st i ett rum. Stort rum och bäddsoffan var bäddad när vi kom, den passade barnen perfekt. Bra sängar och kuddar. Liten godis på allas kuddar när vi kom. Frukosten klart godkänd, maken var mycket nöjd med omelettstationen, jag fick ett glas bubbel och barnen pannkakor från en rolig pannkaksautomat. Perfekt med parkering under hotellet. Liten promenad till gamla stan, men det visste vi om. Tågen går utanför fönstret och kan störa.

Okej läge och hyfsat prisvärt men fult inrett

Läget är okej med promenadavstånd (20min) till staden. Inredningen var tyvärr inte alls vår smak, den förstörde tyvärr helhetsupplevelsen. Vi försökte beställa middag på kvällen men det var för mycket folk vilket gjorde att väntetiden blev för lång. Frukosten var okej.

Andra har skrivit det tidigare och städningen är otillräcklig. Det var sand i garderoben och strumporna blev smutsiga av golvet. Rummets design och inredning var annars imponerande. Frukosten var helt ok.
