Best location for gondola. Beautiful property, very well kept. Nice hike trail close by, beautiful view of the Valley. Only thing i didn’t like, carpet in the room.

Personal war super freundlich und bemüht, Bedienung im Restaurant war absolut top! Schade nur, dass die 90 Grad Sauna während unserer 5-tägigen Aufenthalt laufend außer Brtrieb war, etstaunlich, das sie nicht schnell wieder intakt gesetzt werdeb konnte. Auch ein Kritikpunkt ist der Mangel an Liegen im Ruhebereich des Wellnessraums - 6 Liegen für ganzes Hotel ist, meiner Meinung nach, viel zu wenig. Im Frühstück-Buffet würde ich mir etwas mehr am Gebäck wünschen. Ansonsten würde ich das Hotel vom Herzen weiter empfehlen, weil Preis-Leistung Verhältniss absolut Spitze ist.

Can’t recommend highly enough

The hotel’s public spaces and our room were impeccable and comfortable. And there wasn’t a single employee we encountered in our 2-night stay there who wasn’t pleasant, helpful, hard-working and friendly, from the front-desk staff to the lovely young people who served us in the dining area. It was a standout in our month-long tour of Europe, and we definitely would stay here again.

Das Hotel ist sauber, hat den Lift um auf den Gletscher zu kommen genau neben sich, das Personal ist sehr frundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet bietet für jeden westlichen Geschmack etwas (Müsli, Cornflakes, Joghurt, Bircher-Müsli, verschiedene Brote / Brötchen, Marmeladen, Honig, Wurstauswahl, Käseauswahl, Säfte, etc.).

Servicespersonal top Abendessen flop

Unser Hotelzimmer war noch rustikal ausgestattet also in die Jahre gekommen, aber sonst sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wünschenswert sind Stühle und Tisch auf dem Balkon. Es gibt auch neu eingerichtete Zimmer im Hotel. Das Servicepersonal wirklich toll. Frühstück sehr gut, Abendessen allerdings stark verbesserungsfähig.

Hotel ottimo per servizi e cucina x chi ama sciare

ho trascorso la prima settimana di settembre in questo hotel ai piedi del ghiacciaio di hintertux con la mia famiglia composta da 2 adulti e bambini (9 e 11). servizio di alto livello con una gentilezza e cordialità uniche. abituati ad ospitare skiteam e turisti atleti. dotato di ampio ripostiglio con armadietti x sci e attrezzatura sempre a disposizione per la preparazione tecnica con sciolina a caldo. dal televisore della camera si vede la situazione meteo ai tre livelli delle funivie con temperature e webcamera. la salita al ghiacciaio è divisa in 3 step per abituarsi gradualmente alla diversa pressione. La cucina è ottima con una grande varietà di scelta e la cena è molto raffinata. i bambini erano liberi di prendere qualsiasi cosa. a metà pomeriggio al ritorno dallo sci offrono anche una "merenda" molto ricca. Il personale parla poco l'italiano ma non è assolutamente un problema anzi cercano di accontentarti e coccolarti in tutto.

Hotel położony 200 m od dolnej stacji kolejki linowej. Niewątpliwą zaletą jest możliwość zjazdu nartostradą na parking hotelowy. Pokój i łazienka czyste. Obsługa pokoju profesjonalna. W każdym pokoju samowar oraz duży wybór herbat. Posiłki smaczne. Na śniadanie można zamówić różnego rodzaju potrawy z jajek z wybranymi dodatkami.
