"Beautiful hotel! Staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and absolutely gorgeous! Located within walking distance to pretty much all main attractions and just down the block from transit lines. Would absolutely stay again & recommend to anyone visiting Vienna! "

"This is a lovely hotel very close to central Vienna. I had a short (15-20 min) walk to most of the must see spots in Vienna (St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Belvedere palace, five different Christmas markets, etc.).
The staff were very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Breakfast was very tasty and there were a lot of options to choose from (traditional English buffet, Spanish buffet, Japanese miso breakfast). The room itself was warm, clean, and large.
My one and only complaint: their bistro downstairs is very tasty and popular. If you want to eat there for dinner be sure to arrive at an off hour or later in the evening, closer to 9:30, in order to snag a table for service.
If I ever come back to Vienna I will for sure be staying here. "
"The hotel is centrally located, all major attractions are within 20-30 minute walk. Our family had a comfortable stay - the beds are super comfy, rooms were generously sized by European standards and offered great amenities. This hotel offers a very nice sauna to relax after walking in cold weather. Would not hesitate to stay here again."
"From start to finish, and we stayed 4 nights, it was excellent! It started with an upgrade due to gold status at HH, great service, clean room and fantastic breakfast buffet. Service from all employees we engaged with was TOP!"
"LOVE the coziness and colors of the room!!! I felt like I walked into a mid-century modern bedroom - the green velvet curtain, the rounded wooden desk with the gold lamp, the golden mirror by the door, the peacock blue tiles in the bathroom, the rainfall shower head, the hygiene amenities, the free water and seltzer water, all amazing!!! And I love the nautical theme of the whole hotel - the porthole placards for the room numbers and porthole on the bathroom door."
"Yes,. The Grand Chic was spot less. The staff was very helpful and no issues except in my itinerary it does show Buffet Breakfast was included,. With that the check in said it was not. Very concerning.
We came in late from our flight and informing the hotel the driver was at the airport to take us to the Grand .Very impressed with the service.
