"Stayed in the "romantic suite" with view of Neushawstein castle from our private balcony. Room was amazing with soaking tub in bedroom that also had castle view. Castle is illuminated at night. Room had large bathroom with huge shower, double sinks with makeup mirror. WC in separate room. Separate sitting room. Very spacious. Bed was very comfortable and had starlights overhead. Excellent, helpful front desk staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Rxcellent enclosed garage parking. Bus to Neushwanstein castle a short walk from hotel. Hohenschwangau castle was a short walk from hotel. Restaurants nearby. Lake with mountains and walking path near hotel. "

"Beautiful older hotel- very well kept. Great view of the mountains from our balcony. Sat there relaxing enjoying a beer! Staff and breakfast were wonderful. Close walk to train station and Zugspitze Bahn. Has a pool sauna and steam room but we just stayed 2 nights so no time to use them but they looked excellent. We plan to come back next year and stay longer. We highly recommend Wittelsbacher Hof"

"I had a Fantastic two-night stay here, I wished it had been longer. I had a large family room, certainly bigger than I needed but I immensely enjoyed anyway. Everything was great with the Internet sognal strong, a comfortable bed. The bath was great with plenty of hot water. The room also has a small refrigerator and an electric kettle which is rare in Europe. Plenty of Walk/run/cycle tracks on the doorstep too. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend it."
