"Great location. Close to many areas. Bed was very hard. Room was clean.
Had to wait 10 minutes for hit water to reach our room every time we wanted it. Kind of crazy. "
"The hotel and room was clean, pleasant and very comfortable. Parking was very accessible and close to the hotel entrance.
The only negative of my stay was a group of Maine Dept of Transportation workers were staying at the hotel during my stay. They were loud in the hallways in the evenings when most guests are winding down after a long day. Also, my room was on the 1st floor and unfortunately a loud guest (heavy stomping thru the night and early hours) was right above my room on 2nd floor. I asked for a room on the 2nd floor but none was available, so I had to deal with the loud guest for 3nights. I went to local Walmart and purchased ear plugs which did help tremendously.
Next time I will only book if I am guaranteed a 2nd floor room. "
"The staff was nice, breakfast was average, but the room had problems. The cold air wouldn’t turn off, it was about 35 degrees outside, the toilet kept running throughout the night, the sink is also located outside the bathroom which is very disgusting when whomever stays in the room can’t wash hands without touching the door handle. The bed was also very bouncy, I honestly thought it was a water bed, before pulling back the sheets and finding long black hair in the sheets. "
"The place was easy to find and close to everything we did. Parking was also good and the view was very good. The staff didn't seem too informed about the area or able to answer questions. It would have been nice to at least have a microwave in the room. Also, at breakfast there wasn't any silverware (or plasticware). Also, there was a pop (soda) machine, but it was empty so I lost my money on it. Maybe there could be a shelf put in the bathroom for toiletries. "
