"A fantastic hotel for our stop over in Innsbruck. Friendly, welcoming staff and great facilities. My husband went down to get bigger water glasses for the water in the room and the staff member gave him a whole carafe of ice cold water as well. Great service. Perfect location to be out of the busy area but only a short walk into the centre. Such an amazing room, with a huge balcony. We would 100% recommend a stay here."

The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, making us feel at home straight away. Check-in was quick and effortless, and the complimentary welcome drink was a lovely touch that really set the tone for our stay. Although we were only passing through and stayed for one night, we were genuinely impressed by the hotel’s hospitality and charming atmosphere. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in looking after their guests. We will definitely be back, and next time we’ll be staying much longer.
