"This was a very interesting property. For a group of 5 we had 2 suites. They were very clean and had almost everything we needed. The closeness of the tram made getting into the city center easy. "The room was clean, shower pressure was excellent. Drink prices were fair and the lounge area was really lovely and welcoming. Breakfast seemed reasonably priced the selection was a bit limited. The biggest complaint I would have is that our room overlooked the trash area which was overflowing and very dirty with a lot of mixed materials in each bin. I get that a refuse area is never going to be spotless but when you know a room looks directly onto it it should be better maintained. "

"I was content with my stay. To learn the downtown area of Dublin as a first visit it was handy. The staff were great and helpful. I could do laundry. It was convenient for the bus tours I took and lots of shops around for snacks. Pubs were small and crowded in that area. But I had only popped in on a match day. Occasionally noisy but overall the mattress was comfortable. USB ports and reading light in my pod. A bit rougher area but I’m 60 and a solo traveller "
