I arrived early at the other property and inquired about checking in and even offered to pay for an early check-in since we’ve been traveling since 10:00AM the previous day with an infant. They were rude and dismissive at the Dorint hotel. THIS location had a smiling front desk agent that greeted us and asked us if we were checking in.
