"The only problem of this hotel is lack of blackout drapes. If you are a light sleeper, you will wake up with the sunrise. There is a lot of light in the rooms. Furthermore the hotel is pet-friendly so dogs can wake you up anytime. It is a pity because the beds are really king-size and very comfortable. Breakfast is till 10.30 only so we didn't try. Location of the hotel is perfect and parking is close."

"The property is off the charts beautiful. We came on hottest week possible and a/c would have been nice. They did have a fan in the room. The food and Bfast was awesome. This place and the kronach area are awesome"

"We spent 3 nights at the property and were pleased from check in to check out. We chose this property mainly because of the spa access. You pay a little extra for the spa package but it is well worth it. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful with all my questions. The room was large and well appointed. The breakfast was great. We are already planning a return trip for next year."

"Excellent location but the communication from the hotel wasnāt good. I messaged the hotel the morning of my arrival after not receiving a key code (the place is unmanned). I arrived at the property and still had not received any instruction to gain access. Then I had to make a very expensive phone call to the people that run the property and was told āoh you should never book with Expedia as we canāt contact you there.ā Not very helpful. However, after paying a fortune to speak to someone the lady cleaning the rooms came and let me in. Apart from the bad start, all else was good. The location is amazing and the room spacious and very comfortable and clean."
