Freundliches Personal, schöne und gut ausgestattete Zimmer (obwohl schon etwas älter). Das Essen ist hervorragend. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr schön, es gibt jedoch keinen separaten Ruhebereich für die Sauna. Aufgrund des Kinderlärms aus dem Hallenbad ist keine richtige Entspannung möglich.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Die Einrichtung, insbesondere in den Zimmern, ist altbacken und schon in die Jahre gekommen. Lässt sich aber verschmerzen. Wir würden das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung wieder buchen.

We were looking for a smaller hotel with a traditional Schwarzwald flair in a beautiful location, and this fit the bill perfectly! This is an old house, but entirely up to modern standards inside, with a friendly staff and warm feel. The room was cozy, looking out on the quiet main plaza with its church. We had dinner twice in the excellent restaurant. Breakfast was great - don't forget to make yourself fresh juice or even get eggs to order. There was even a small swimming pool, sauna, a desk with lounge chairs, a great view, and a bar. The Schluchsee was a bit low in water when we were there, but I imagine it is prettier when full, so we hiked around nearby Titisee instead. Highly recommended.

Das Hotel im Ort, sehr freundliches u. zuvorkommendes Personal. Essen sehr gut, das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich, und alle angebotene Speisen frisch und nicht zu beanstanden. Der Aufenthalt war kurzweilig, und kann nach zwei Tagen Hotelaufenthalt kostenlos per Zug nach Freiburg (60Min.) gefahren werden. Abgsehen von vielen Lift Tageskarten, sehr umfangreiches teilweise kostenlosee Programme. Sehr umfangreich u. zu empfehlen. Schwimmbad etwas klein, aber wir konnten das zu zweit, zusammen mit Infrarot Kabine, sowie Sauna genießen.
