"We had a Loft room which was more expensive than a standard room. Weirdly there were only 2 pillows and a child's duvet!! There is no phone in the room to call reception, so we had to walk all the way to reception to enquire about this. The staff member said it was a common problem not to have enough duvets..very strange!! We ended up having 2 separate duvets for our stay. Not what what I expected for a room that I paid £185 for 1 night. Apart from that, everything else was excellent."
"A bit small room, but pretty much everything you need is there (except for a kettle). The location is right in front of the central station, so it was very convenient. The Internet was fast and it was helpful for my work. Overall, it was great."
"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and air conditioning worked very well as it was hot outside during my stay! Hotel is very conveniently located near Hbf so very easy to get around city."
"I absolutely love the desk staff except the night gentleman who hated on first site.
They are upbeat, positive, amd always happy.
