"The room was spotless, roomy, and supplied with updated features. Large flatscreen, plenty of USBs, touch controls, etc. Breakfast was well done with plenty of variety. Coffee machines offered any kind you’d want. Staff was exceptional!!! Especially Alicia, who went well beyond expected actions to assist us in changing plans and ensuring complications were eliminated."

The staff was so helpful and arranged to take us to nearest gas station for accessing atm. Few addition like kettle, glasses,tea bags are a suggestion that hotel can consider to add to facilities. "Just back from a visit to Idar-Oberstein. Parking was easy, I arrived after 10pm so reception was closed but a staff member was able to quickly get me checked in. Room was perfect for my stay. Hotel is close to the Felsenkirche and castles. The Norma shop is 2 minutes walk away and there are several places to eat in the square."
