"What a beautiful area. We had a great stay here. Very comfortable bed, clean room, and snacks available. As soon as I made the reservation, I received a message from the hotel about checking in after hours. Do yourself a favor...don't wait until you're sitting in the parking lot at 9:00 pm, trying to get in, to translate the message. It all worked out, though, and we had a wonderful time. Lots of trails to explore. "

"A traditional German gasthof with modern amenities. The high point is the view of the Austrian and Swiss Alps and the magnificent sunrise! "Check in was easy. Receptionist was very nice and showed us where breakfast was served. We had to purchase breakfast at the hotel, but it is well worth the price. Hot breakfast menu was in both German and English. Room was clean and cozy (stayed in the flower room), and even though it was located next to train station it was quiet. Staff were warm and friendly."

"My wife and I stayed here one night. I would feel comfortable choosing to stay here again if I am in the vicinity. We found the staff to be friendly and courteous. The room was very clean, and everything except the safe worked exactly as it should. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good, but not exceptional. Noise was the main concern: it was quite loud in the early evening due to a popular youth hangout across the street and still loud later due to some of the clientele at the hotel’s bar and outdoor diners. However, as it was a Wednesday night, the noise did not continue late into the next day’s morning; I suspect it might be unbearable on a weekend. As the hotel was full (or nearly so), parking was quite tight. We also had dinner at the hotel, and we both found that the dinner was quite good. "
