"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. "From what I gather, the owner, his wife, children, and dog live at the bed and breakfast. We absolutely loved our stay there and are planning to recommend it to everyone we know. If you are a skier, the bed and breakfast is within walking distance of a ski lodge. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The owner and his family are extremely friendly and helpful. We brought our 4 year old daughter and she loved it also. Breakfast was delicious and kept us full well into a late lunch. That was...

"This was a wonderful stay for our family. It was very clean and well kept. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nicely done out but the room had an open shower, with a window in the room. Not ideal with 2 teenagers! We used the wellness area while we were there and that was gorgeous. It has 2 steam rooms and a sauna, and a very luxurious place quiet rooms. It rained while we were there so we appreciated the down time. The parking was underground and had to book it in advance. The hotel is very centrally located , with a supermarket and bakery opposite, very close to the bus stop that takes you to Neuschwanstein Castle, and minutes to the town centre."
