"As someone who typically chooses Hilton properties and has always had positive experiences, I was extremely disappointed with this stay.
From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, there was a dog barking almost constantly. We notified the hotel, but nothing was ever done to address the issue. If I wanted to listen to a dog bark throughout my entire stay, I would have simply brought my own dog with me.
Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. We discovered old blood stains on one of the comforters in our room and had to wait an excessive amount of time for replacements to be brought up. Then, the day before checkout, we found additional blood stains—this time on the actual bed sheets. At that point, we were so frustrated with the slow response times and lack of urgency that we simply removed the sheets ourselves and didn’t bother reporting it.
The shower was another disappointment. The water pressure was practically nonexistent, making even a simple shower frustrating and unpleasant.
Cleanliness, comfort, and responsiveness should be top priorities for any hotel, especially one carrying the Hilton name. This stay fell far below the standards I’ve come to expect from the brand. This is the first truly negative experience I’ve had with Hilton, which makes this all the more disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests."
