"Perfect stay for 4 nights. Staff were so friendly and the hotel is stunning. Taxi’s from the airport to hotel was around €100 and from hotel to Florence centre €50. I would recommend going into Florence for half a day during your stay. Food was delicious at the hotel and the restaurant staff were very friendly. I would recommend doing the wine tasting, vineyard tour and horse riding. 10/10 stay. "

"It was amazing. Staff was very accommodating. Very clean and followed all covid restrictions. We ate at the Restaurant twice for dinner. The pasta and ice cream were freshly made! Best we have ever had. Definitely recommend. Very kid friendly."

"Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

"Good accommodation right on the hiking trail "Via Degli Dei" - Friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Good beds with nice cotton sheets and hot water in the shower. Dinner and breakfast were ok, but a bit too expensive for what it was. The same with the packed lunches, which we bought extra."

"Such a cute little Villa just outside of Pistoia. Stayed there all week. Kitchen was great with most items supplied. Bed was extremely hard which made it difficult to sleep. Couch in living rm was very old and hard to sit on. The owners are the BEST and try to make your stay most pleasing. Nice pool and views. Very convenient to Pistoia and Florence. Would use again, but can only hope they upgrade bed and couch. Would rate as a GOOD plus."
