"After reading some poor reviews we were a little worried about staying at this hotel. We could not fault anything with this hotel. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The manager gave us a 24 contact number and xould nor have bwen more helpful. Rooms very clean and homely. We would definitely stay again "

"This is a beautiful old building with main staircase to match. The staff were helpful and we had a good two nights stay. Be aware that this is an old building now (doors have Yale locks rather than card entry). The rooms themselves are basic but clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room prices reflect the condition and so makes this a place I would stay again."

"Staff fantastic. Small hiccup with payment due to new computer system. 3 floors, lift only goes to 2 floors so if you have mobility issue, let them know when you book. Car park is very tight- not the best. If you have a larger vehicle don’t expect to safely park up. "
