I booked this stay with my partner to celebrate our anniversary, expecting a luxurious experience for a portion of our otherwise budget-friendly trip. Unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. Upon check-in, we were informed of an “upgrade” due to electrical issues with our room. The replacement was a secluded jungle cabin with an outdoor bathroom that had no mirror, dirt on the bed, mold stains on the ottoman, and poor lighting. The AC was blasting to mask the damp/musty wood smell and gaps under the door let in mosquitoes, the uneven floorboards made it hazardous, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work, leaving the TV useless. I had to fight not to be charged for this subpar first night. The room wasn’t the main issue though. On the day of our anniversary, we waited by the closed pool (we were told at check-in it would be closed that day) to be relocated. Staff mishandled our bags, which arrived covered in dirt, and the new room wasn’t even ready when we got there. I also tripped on the stairs, and a staff member later laughed about it to the cleaning staff. The room we originally booked was beautiful, but the poor service and frustrating experience ruined what should have been a special stay. A key portion of our trip, meant to celebrate our anniversary and enjoy the property’s amenities, was derailed. Additional notes: - The walk to town is 40 minutes—definitely book a golf cart!! - The food is mediocre, overpriced, and not vegan friendly - sunrise was gorgeous here

Es un hotel muy agradable y bonito, Las habitaciones son bonitas y confortables, aunque el aire acondicionado no estuvo funcionando bien. La mayoría del personal no es atento excepto Jazmin que fue súper atenta y con una excelente actitud de servicio. La comida es demasiado cara, en lugar de que los alimentos fueron más accesibles los clientes no tendrían la necesidad de salir fuera a consumir. La playa es muy bonita y privada. Como sugerencia, sería importante que ofrecieran el transporte gratis para los traslados dentro del hotel, ya que las habitaciones no están tan cerca de la playa. Rentan carritos de golf para trasladarse pero con un precio caro.

Es un lugar que cumple con todo lo que uno desea para una estancia placentera, tranquila y con vistas hermosas. Rodeado de naturaleza, donde puedes encontrar cangrejos mientras sales o entras a la propiedad, golondrinas planeando a unos metros, el cántico de las aves y la compañía de pelícanos mientras estas en su playa privada. El club de playa cumple con todo, así como la atencion de todo el personal. Desde que llegas es un trato amable y personal. En la habitacion ver el amanecer y el atardecer es un placer.

El lugar es hermoso, solo fue un poco difícil acceder a la habitación, el camino es un poco complicado pero de ahí en más el personal es muy amable y la comida es buena (aunque los costos son elevados), las vistas son hermosas sin dudas regresaría

Muy bonita y tranquila propiedad. Mucho contacto con la naturaleza y vimos mucha fauna local. Solo le falta mas iluminación en las escaleras de acceso a la villa. Lo bueno que yo llevé linternas.
