"When we arrived there was a little mix up on the room. The staff went above and beyond to remedy the issue right away. The room was incredibly clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfy with nice linens and a variety of pillows. The towels were nice and fluffy and good pool towels were available at the front desk The kitchen was adequately equipped and bottled water was provided daily as well as water coolers in the outside areas. House keeping was offered daily. The pool was nice and really clean. The public areas were swept and mopped daily and around the pool was mopped up often during It was only a short walk to the beach, markets, and restaurants. The staff were readily available to answer questions and help in whatever we needed. We happily recommended this hotel and would definitely stay there again. "

"Our 6 night stay at Ximena Hotel Boutique was wonderful! The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It had a room safe, refrigerator, TV and a very nice balcony. The air conditioning was very much appreciated! The hotel staff was extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars and the bus station. We really can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel and we would love to stay there again! "

"Close to all the FUN! Perfect spot for affordable, clean and easy stay! I would say if you are nose sensitive and staying on weekend ..bring earplugs or use white noise. I’m very sensitive to sound and could hear the music when it began at 10pm! But I used my sound app and was fine! Host was SUPERHELPFUL!!! Would stay again"
