"As a returning guest to the hotels I have to be honest .
I feel the standards have unfortunately slipped .
I encounter no hand towel in many of the toilets, dirty cups from the bar, dirty plates in the restaurant..
The hotel was looking tired and the staff overworked .
I will return in the future to give the hotel a chance & another try ."

Cannot fault any of the food, although appearing as a normal buffet, it is all of immense quality and I cannot fault it. The culinarium experience is also amazing. Everywhere is clean. Only downside is that floors could be very slippy at times but cannot help that!"
