"Room was decent, nothing negative. Could use more pillows & extra blanket. No closet, meaning no iron & could not hang clothes if needed. It served its purpose to be there just to lay your head & be near Notre Dame for game/concerts."

Pool was closed and we were looking forward to the hot tubs. There wasn't an indication this was going to happen when I booked. I doubt it was a surprise closure."

"Hi I book a room online for our anniversary online it showed a hot tub and a fireplace .
When we got there they gave us a room with a hot tub but no fire place. When we drain the hot tub the seal on the drain came off and was left on the bottom of the tub it looked like some one went #2 in the tub. It was a good thing my wife packed the lap top because the TV had 1 Chanel as if they didn't pay the cable bill.

"We stayed one night as we were visiting the coast on our way to Chicago. This was booked following reviews that appeared on Hotels.com and whilst the hotel was adequate we felt that our experience did not match up with what other people have said. The overall area appeared to be geared towards families although we were there in mid April most things were shut. The overall feel of the hotel was average. We stayed in a suite with a view of the car park. In room tea coffee was available although paper cups which was a little surprising for the grade of hotel. The in house restaurant and bar was closed on Sunday and Monday this was not mentioned on the website and the only food available was from a snack shop with limited stock. Breakfast was continental but again tea and coffee was available using the same sort of paper cups cutlery was plastic. The website suggests breakfast is top rated not quite sure how. You are left with the impression that it was overpriced and not really worth the money we paid. "
