"The hotel is beautifully designed with real character and the staff are helpful. Our room was large and it would have been more comfortable with two chairs for relaxing, also a coffee machine would have been good as I had to go to the lobby each time for tea or coffee. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the hotel."

"Over the past few years, we have seen a diminished quality in the hotel experience. Breakfasts are skimpier, room cleaning is not daily, amenities are more limited. I realize that these things are probably done to save the hotel owners money and keep/increase their profits. This property is not unique with regard to these comments. Accepting this fact, our stay was fine. We would definitely choose this property if we travel to Walla Walla again."
