The hotel is amazing! The staff even better, we did the tour Dewus and he was fantastic the stayed in a big suite and then switch to the regular room because we decided to extend our stay! We love Udaya!

The pool area needs a spray as the ants crawled all over us and were nesting in the chairs. The bed was not comfortable but the room was nice. Restaurant food is limited especially for breakfast and we found a hair in our satay! Staff were excellent at both front desk and restaurant.
