Staff are friendly but lady at check out very grumpy and sour. A Smile Would go a Long way. Not sure how staff working in a hotel aren’t taught this. Room somewhat basic and lots of dust behind furniture - disgusting. House keeping should know to move tables to clean behind. Again this is basic. On the plus side on the beach...

"The hotel was great and the room clean and comfortable with a great view. The location was good, with the ocean directly in front of the hotel across the street. Several places to eat close by and lots to see in walking distance. The only negative was a strange bathroom lay out with the toillette boxed in by the shower stall. I would certainly recommend it for a stay near Genoa."
