"A Little complicated check in and parking instructions due to hillside location and narrow roads but the staff was responsive very patient and helpful. All of that aside the most expansive beautiful view of the Mediterranean is the reward of staying at this wonderful place. The room was very clean and warm with modern features ie lighting and bathroom fixtures. Homemade Breakfast was included and delivered to my room. This made for a very comfortable and unique stay. "The location is very good right at the coast line but the road in between the hotel and the beach is pretty busy so even though you have a sea view room as we had you will be able to enjoy the sound of the sea only during night hours starting from around midnight till around 5 am. The staff is very friendly and will park your vehicle serving as a valet parking. The breakfast is also very good especially bread such as bruschetta. Even though the hotel itself is not new and you can see its age in some details the rooms are very clean and comfortable as well as the cleaning service is working well! Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel!"

"We were looking forward to a relaxing break at this hotel. Our room was supposed to be a superior room but was disappointing. When I booked on the hotels.com website it showed the hotel having a pool and this was a chief selling point. There was no pool. The hotel is right on the edge of Pietra Ligure so it's a fair walk to where restaurants and shops are. The hotel restaurant has a limited menu and is quite pricey especially for wine. As we weren't happy overall we cut short our stay. In fairness the breakfast was very good and the views from the restaurant were outstanding "
