"Great hotel and customer service "

"Great location, good coffee. The mattresses were not good and the walls are as thin as paper. Got very little sleep on an otherwise amazing trip."

"I had booked the room in January. We just wanted a clean, safe room to stay in for the 4 days we were in Savannah. The first room the put us in had mold all over the ceiling and smelled like urine. They moved us to another room and we ended up going to the store and picking up cleaning supplies to clean the room. We bought clean sheets too. We left the room straight and clean upon checkout and we left the dead roaches in the bathroom. The people they stuck next to us smoked weed all night and had people coming and going and arguing outside of our door."

"Restaurant ran out of certain food and also coke properties which was hard to understand!! "

"A tried and true gem of Savannah! This property is located in the middle of the historic district and easy to get into/out of off using Interstate I-16. Also quick walking to Savannah’s 4&5-star dining establishments(The Old Pink House on Abercorn Square; Vic’s on The River - 26 Easy Bay St.; and the venerable B. Matthew’s down on East Bay - for the best brunch, easy on the wallet, in Savannah/Chatham Co.). The hotel is an older, historic property that has been upgraded, but it did not loose it’s original charm. Their service is impeccable and is worth the price, even on busy Savannah weekends. Enjoy!"

"Room was cool but zero amenities "

"This was my second time visiting Savannah, and my second time staying at this hotel. It was a no brainer when we decided to come back to Savannah to stay at the Staybridge Suites again as it is so central to the historic downtown and convenient for travel to/from the airport and Tybee Island. As well, the staff are unmatched -- particularly want to shoutout Nevada for her kindness and cheeriness throughout our stay!!! It is always nice to feel welcomed and as though you are a familiar face to the staff at the place you are staying. The daily breakfast had all the essentials, and we never left for our day feeling hungry afterward. Will absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Savannah!!!"
