Close to everything in the historic area and riverfront. More than anything, their staff goes above and beyond in every way. I travel a lot and have never received such kind and caring service throughout my stay.

Pros: Location, friendly and accommodating staff, breakfast buffet, comfy beds Cons: If you're a neat freak, this is not the place for you. Parking on location is $30 a day. Can be noisy from outside activities depending on location of room.

Comfortable hotel. Strange subtle smell in room. Had a front room so noisy from street noises. Ac unit fid drown out most of noise. Would have liked to have more than a top sheet on the bed such as a blanket or bedspread.

We only stayed here for 1 night during our return home from a road trip. The hotel is in a PRIME LOCATION, making everything walking distance. The room was clean and bedding was comfortable. Our bathroom sink wasn’t working properly and hot breakfast turned out to be cold breakfast because they were “short staffed”. However, check-in staff was friendly and overall we enjoyed our stay.

I am so disappointed in the management of this hotel. My daughter and I stayed 4 nights total. 2 nights were fine but the Friday and Saturday nights included wild, loud teenagers running and screaming through the hotel, cars driving by with extremely loud radios with vibrations causing our room windows to rattle and multiple car alarms to go off all night long No Sleep at all. Saturday morning I informed the young man at front desk and he said he would have his manager contact me but no response from the manager. Saturday night same reckless behavior from these kids. Called hotel security and he did not seem to even know or hear these loud commotions. Loud again all night. What is that all about. Either you have security or you don’t. No sleep again. Sunday morning told young man at desk and he again said he would tell manager to contact me. It has been now 8 days since I am back home and no response. Have requested my money back for the 2 miserable nights. So dissatisfied. The cleaning staff and kitchen staff were good.
