"We had a wonderful week! I love the beach being literal steps feom my door and there were always plenty of chairs available. We enjoyed the pool in the late afternoons also. The food was good. The Margot is a must for experience and the view is stunning. Thank you to all of the golf cart drivers, they were all so much fun and helpful. My only critique would be that the beds are very firm and that may just be my personal preference amd would not stop me from coming back. Hope to return soon!"
"This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Divi, the first time was phenomenal, this time it was a nightmare, my wife and I both got severe food poisoning on the second night after eating at the buffet, she was so severely sick she could not leave the room. To top it off I had to go to the other hotels gift shop to get Gatorade and crackers since our resorts gift shop was under renovation. Needless to say I spent a lot of money to fly to Aruba to see the inside of a hotel room. Truly disappointed and saddened by this experience."

"This is my second time staying at this resort. The first time was excellent. That was back in 2024. This time I felt that due to the family side of their resort they kinda dropped the ball my first day there to my room, me and my daughter had to share a bed because they did not have any double bedding, which I requested double bedding when I booked the reservation back in December, also the full selection wasn’t all that great this go around maybe because they were trying to accommodate all the extra visitors from the family side due to them remodeling the family side, but they should’ve thought about that when they started the renovation, but all in all it was a nice experience for my mother and daughter just was really disappointed and the food selection. And also the restaurants you couldn’t make a reservation, but they were always full before 6 PM and it was first come first serve, but once again like I said, it was extra people there due to the renovation from the family side of the resort being shut down due to remodeling."
"AMAZING, INCREDIBLE truly wonderful place. Everything and everyone was great. Special thank you to Yolunda supervisor of housekeeping who dealt with one issue we had with such grace. Thank you to Jadee and Raoul who made our days at the pool/beach wonderful. But most of all thank you to Enrique, Kiara and Rafael, casino staff who helped me when I had a bad episode of very low blood pressure and almost passed out. They jumped right into action and kept me comfortable and took loving care of me and my husband. True angels.
This was our first visit to Aruba, but it most definitely will not be our last. We can see why so many people go back again and again. Next year, we will bring out family.
Also the restaurants are Amazing with incredible staff. I give this hotel 10!!!! Also, across the street from the Hyatt is a nice marketplace! "
"The beach staff were amazing. Very helpful and quick to assist setting up our lounge chairs that we reserved through their app. Staff always coming round to check if we needed drinks or food.
The housekeeping level of service was a bit disappointing. Had to call down a couple times just to get our room cleaned (late afternoon). Standard things not replaced (towels, bottles of water, coffee). Once we commented to lobby staff, efforts were made for improvement which was appreciated (but honestly we shouldn’t have needed to have commented at all considering the level of service to be expected from The Ritz)."
