"Amazing hotel with exceptional customer service. Every member of staff was attentive and went beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The warm welcome from check in to the unexpected team check out will stay with me and I will most definitely stay there again when visiting Chitwan in the near future. "SAPANA LODGE IS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Western comforts, Nepalese style, natural environment with access and inter-action with Elephant Breeding grounds and trainers. i have stayed at Sapana Lodge two times already and will return for a 3rd visit next year."

"Intermittent power and water for three days. They had generators, but would only run them for a few hours at night. Was very hot and buggy. This hotel is actually being shut down and they are opening up a fancy waterfront hotel next door. On the bright side, our free breakfast was at their other hotel, and the wait staff and food were awesome."
