"Perfect location in chitwan for accessing the national park and river. 10minute walk to the shops and restaurants although we ate at the lodge a few times as this was ideal. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and very helpful. "I paid for a room at this hotel, and as we arrived, we soon discovered that it doesn’t exist anymore. We were unable to be refunded by the new hotel that have taken it over and were forced to pay to stay somewhere. Terrible, terrible service, can’t believe they didn’t warn us at the very least since I booked five months in advance"
