"The Shores is a great location for access to both downtown Southampton and the beach. The room itself was as described, well equipped and clean. However, the location itself lacked curb appeal. The entrance is in a back alley above a restaurant. We were apprehensive when we first arrived, but were pleasantly surprised that there was no noise or smell from the restaurant."

"We were appalled at the questionnaire sent by globalstay, and being asked to go off site of hotels.com to send an extremely large, unreasonable deposit plus + pay extra money because there were 4 of us staying there. It’s a four bedroom rental, what did they expect, it was a four bedroom rental, of course there were more than two people staying there. We expected more consumer protection going through a company like hotels.com. I felt as though we were being scammed when I was asked to send a picture of me holding my drivers licence.
We had issues with temperature control, also a number of outlets were not working for the first two days. There was no one on site to help with issues, and then was asked to take a picture of the electrical panel.
