Pool isn’t heated, even at 80 degrees the water is freezing cold. Express check-in staff are not friendly. You wouldn’t think it’s hotel/resort for kids. The beds sleep terrible. Hasn’t been upgraded in a while. Doesn’t compare well to other margaritaville locations.

The hotel was great except when you walk in The building there was a stale smell, it was not pleasant. And our room was great except there was No light in the shower/tub. We had to take a shower/ bath in the dark!!!

We had a balcony room that was very nice. The only problem was when we opened the balcony door the noise from the electrical units were so loud you couldn't talk to each other. Very nice other than that
