After checking us in and making sure we had dinner reservations Geulia took us on a tour of the gorgeous and meticulously maintained hotel and facilities then personally took us to our room to ensure we were pleased. Our room and view were spectacular, so quiet and luxurious, every detail thoughtful and beautiful but also comfortable. The pool, spa and restaurants as well as the surrounding areas by the lake are romantic and walkable- there is no need to leave the hotel. We also enjoyed the history of the hotel as well as pictures of famous people who have stayed. Even the gift shop was a delight as Nolwen treated me to a beauty refresher and made me feel like a queen for an afternoon. All in all a magnificent stay. If a once in a lifetime 5 star experience is on your bucket list- this is the one to go to! "
