"Wow such a stunning location right on lake Luzern. We had lakefront room with balcony. Beautiful location about 15 minutes drive outside of downtown Luzern. It was too cold to use the pool but they have a nice relaxing wellness center with sauna. They have an outdoor hot tub but apparently you had to reserve in advance (which was not explained when we made reservation) so unfortunately we were not able to use. "You are getting what you pay for and coming from the US this is a 5 star hotel in the center of everything you need. Bed was super comfortable, they pay attention to every detail, friendly staff, bathroom was roomy, plenty of hot water, so clean and even the bird sounds in the elevator was a relaxing touch! Honestly, Best hotel i have ever stayed at for 1 night."

"Close to luzurn railway station. Lots of eateries close by. The hotel has a room open for tea/coffee, water. You can eat take away as cutlery and plates supplied. Only downside was no air-conditioning, just a fan in the room, it was hot so sleeping was almost impossible, not the fault of the hotel though. Other than that, a great little hotel with helpful staff."

"The room was great. It was clean and spacious and had a small useful kitchen where we were able to make a simple dinner. It had good air conditioning, which was very appreciated during a heat wave. It was in a great location in the old town where we were able to walk to all the attractions easily. The cafe downstairs had great food and service. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Lucerne."
