This hotel is a short walk from the station but honestly the hotel room is much better here compared to the hotels right at the station. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely stay in this hotel next time we're in Sasebo.

Beware of cancellation at the Sasebo Washington

Beware! My two sons became ill probably due to eating bad sushi. They flew back home 3 days prior to stay in Sasebo. I cancelled their rooms 2-3 days before our stay at the Sasebo Washington Hotel. I was refused credit.

the bathroom was hazardous with a big crack between the wall and the bath collecting water. While showering I was fearful of falling through the floor because the bath moved when I stepped in to shower. They also refused to honor the booked rate on check in and wouldn’t provide a reason.
