"Exceeded Expectations – A Truly Memorable Stay We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel—it exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a number of unexpected touches that made our stay extra comfortable. For example, the in-room washing machine was a fantastic surprise and came in handy, even though it wasn’t listed in the amenities. The breakfast was outstanding—truly one of the best I’ve ever encountered. The variety and quality of options were exceptional, and it was clear a lot of care goes into creating such a generous spread. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the access to the executive lounge. The gentleman who managed the lounge was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs. His hospitality was unmatched and genuinely elevated our experience. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to consider updating the mattresses in the near future. They weren’t bad, but a refresh might enhance the overall comfort. We would absolutely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to others looking for a top-tier experience."

"Kempinski Budapest has to be in the running for the best hotel in all of Budapest. It's a block from Vaci street shopping and only a couple blocks from the Danube river. Kempinski has all the amenities one could ever need and the location is top notch. Kempinski Budapest gets my highest recommendation. "

"It's our 7 times staying there, always good, and love the interior, only this time during check in, some error with system, so it took 15 minutes to check in, and one of the receptionist gave me completely different room number so I had to go back down to get a new room keys, interesting"

"Superb location - right next to the beautiful Fisherman’s Bastion and Buda Castle. It was so convenient to see the Danube River and the stunning Parliament building any time of the day and night. The rooms were comfortable spacious clean and cozy. The bathroom was big clean and water pressure was perfect. The Lang Grill restaurant was great- great views and excellent food. Breakfast was excellent Overall one of the best hotel experiences we have had. Very impressed and will definitely recommend to friends "

But... it's the People that bring us back ! Every single staff member, every single visit, every single need or request, treat us (and all guests) like family. It is such a treat to see staff members love and support each other, show that they enjoy taking care of visitors, be efficient while wearing a smile. We truly believe that staff from Intercity Budapest should be teaching staffs in other buildings and other cities about professionalism, courtesy, customer care. "Great location most attractions are within a 15-20 minute walk. It’s not on a super busy street, so didn’t deal with much traffic noise. Parliament building was about 7-8 minute walk. St. Stephen about a 15 minute walk. Margaret Island 20 minute walk. Danube Shoes 15 minute walk…. Offered me a super early check-in at 9:30am. Also if you are club person Morrison 2 was about a 12 minute walk away. But would def stay again. A/C was blowing straight snowballs. Slept like a baby. "
