"Comfortable, spacious and beautiful accommodations, clean and with two bathrooms which was so needed for our group and not easy to find in Spain. The staff was friendly and help us purchase the El Camino pilgrim passports to collect our stamps. They helped us even though we arrived late and they have a great restaurant with very delicious food just next door where you can request your first stamp. Right on The Camino start, you guys are ten out of ten"

"Excelent and beautiful hotel, and super great location! Rooms are spacious, bright, comfortable, clean. Bathroom is beautiful. They have breakfast buffet but we didn't use it. Parking is a few steps away from hotel in an open secured lot. Location is fantastic within the city walls and with a great view from the rooms to the plaza just at front. We loved this hotel. The only thing I would improve is the tub area design. The faucet is in the middle and make difficult the access to the tub. It should have been in the other side or in a corner. The rain shower head is also in the middle, which makes almost impossible to be between it and the wall where you need to access the shower controls and the soap/shampoo, etc without wetting you head. If you don't want to wash your hair everyday it will be very unconfortable to use this tub and very difficult to enter the tub because or it's design layout. I would move the floor faucet and the rain shower head out of the tub center. Hotel has also a Roman road ruins they found below when remodeling, and can ve seen through a floor glass. Very interesting! We loved this hotel and recommend 100%"

"The room was a great size and clean, air con wasn’t working efficiently even after talking to receptionist about it. Staff in reception were helpful and friendly. Not happy staff at breakfast time. Staff in the Gran Cafe were friendly but very short staffed and were run off their feet. Parking was very good"

"We were very impressed with customer service. When we arrived, the room had been double booked. We opened the door to our room and someone else's stuff was there. We contacted the host and he came running to the property to solve the problem. He apologized inmensely about the error and put us up in one of their beautiful apartments instead. We were upset the mistake happened, but also understood that mistakes can happen. We were very impressed on how this was handled and with the end result. We had a wonderful stay in a nice, ample, fully stocked apartment."
