"Overall it was a nice hotel for 2 stars, with perfectly clean rooms and friendly staff. The room was a little cramped, not much maneuvering room around the twin beds or in the ensuite, but it was quite cheap and served our purposes nicely. Possibly worth knowing is that the wifi si free but only allows the connection of one device at a time. Breakfast was continental-style, quite varied and 6 euros per person."

We start with a perfect yogaclass just to slowly wake up. The owners of Le Clos are beautifull people with a perfect place at the perfect location. I love to come back. "

"Chateau was beautifully decorated. Small elevator to bring our bags to first floor. Owner helped carry bags from entrance stairs to elevator. Robert and his wife were gracious and helpful."

Hadn't planned to travel for dinner but appreciated the restaurant reservation in Perigeux at Hercule Poireau (cave) restaurant, great atmosphere, personable staff and beautifully presented, delicious cuisine. ."

Restaurant excellent accueil, très courtois, très polis, de très bon conseils. Une carte parfaite, plusieurs menus et des plats excellents. Un terrain de tennis, un mini golf, un jacuzzi et une piscine à contre courants et à jets (un vrai plaisir surtout avec le temps très chaud que nous avons eu). Un grand parking gratuit. "Lovely place to stay. Hôtel old chateaux, so don’t expect new hotel. It blends old tradition with comfort. Dining wonderful and food superb. Great stop off and short drive to town. "
