This is an excellent hotel. The bedrooms are modern and spotlessly clean. Anne-Marie is so hospitable and nothing is too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend and will return the next time we are in the Dordogne.

This is a motel style hotel on the outskirts of Sarlat. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with a nice outside terrace. The pool area is very clean with sunbeds. Breakfast was excellent and the owners very helpful. Only downside is that the location is up a steep hill from the town so walking back at night is a trek ,especially as no taxi service. If happy to drive there are plenty of free car parks on the edge of the old town.

This hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The accommodation was very comfortable and the shower was very good. As all the bedrooms are on the same level, each has an outdoor seating area.The host was very friendly and nothing was a problem. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment about dining. The swimming pool was lovely and easily accessible. As the hotel is located on the outskirts of Sarlat, there is a steep walk down to the centre which has you have to repeat upon your return as there appear to be very few taxis. Ideally placed for exploring the area, a car is highly recommended.

What a superb find. Lovely location, pool and garden. A great base for a few days in Sarlat and the Dordogne. A really friendly welcome from Anne Marie. Would stay there again without doubt. Highly recommended. 😎😎😎

Country Charmer

Probably let the best experience we’ve had since we arrived in France. Madame Ann Marie and her family took care of us from beginning to the end of our stay. She made sure of sites to visit, fastest directions and showed how to take advantage of Sarla’s medieval charm. We had a patio room which I heartedlyrecommend. If you’re looking for French country charm this is it! Excellent breakfsst served daily. King bed was excellent. Sarlat has many restaurants to choose from.

Confortable et tranquille

L'accueil est parfait, Anne-Marie est très sympathique et serviable. L'hôtel est très propre,belle piscine. Prévoir une voiture pour accéder au centre ville car la côte qui sépare l'hôtel de la cité médiévale est extrêmement pentue.

Excellent accueil !

Arrivés à Sarlat par hasard, nous ne regrettons en rien ! Nous avons été chouchoutés et choyés par Anne Marie ! En ce début de saison, l'hôtel était encore désert. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût, spacieuses, très propres et la literie très confortable. Le site est aussi doté d'un bel espace vert accessible de la chambre par une petite terrasse et la piscine doit être bien agréable en saison. Le petit déjeuner est garni et les viennoiseries excellentes. Une adresse à retenir !
