Çok konforlu bir odada misafir edildik, temizliğinden oldukça memnun kaldık. Personel gerçekten çok ilgili, yardımseverdi. Otel temiz ve elegant bir oteldi. Odalar güzeldi ancak odada oturma konusu çok konforlu değildi sadece bir koltuk görünümlü sandelye konulmuştu, onun dışında banyo ve odanın genel görünümü iyiydi. Otelin yemekleri bizce gayet başarılıydı. Bizi otel ile ilgili hayal kırıklığına uğratan tek nokta, akşam bir organizasyon olmamasıydı, çevredeki benzer otellerde yemekte sonra ateş ve sıcak şarap servisi gibi etkinlikler vardı ki, biz de bekliyorduk ancak olmadığı için biraz üzüldük açıkçası. Onun dışında diğer konularda otel gayet başarılı, tavsiye ederiz.

Gerek konumu gerek verdiği hizmet açısından çok memnun kaldım. Kayak tatilinde tercih ettiğim küçük ama konforlu oteller sınıfında. Personel son derece samimi ve güleryüzlü. Yemekler çok lezzetli. Özellikle fırın sütlaç efsane. Bu ilk gidişim olmasına rağmen bölgeyi ve diğer otelleri gördükten sonra da Sarıkamış’a tekrar gittiğimde kesinlikle whiteparkta kalacağım.
