"New and spacious apartment with wonderful views. Very clean and tidy with excellent water pressure in the shower. The wi-fi was good and the owner very helpful. I think the addition of a microwave to the kitchen would be helpful and perhaps a couple of larger mugs for us English visitors who enjoy a proper cup of tea. Definitely would recommend and will stay again."

"My stay at Excellent Villas was a wonderful experience! The property truly feels like home, with beautiful decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The owner is incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful during my stay. The only downside was the noise at night, as the villas are close to bars and discos, which can get a bit loud. However, the overall experience was great, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a cozy and beautiful place to stay."

"The apartment was impeccably clean, probably as clean if not cleaner than 6 star resorts. Even the balcony, and the stairs were clean to beyond a clinical level. The apartment also had all the facilities you could require all at an astonishingly low price. "

"I really enjoyed my time at Ilkim. The apartment size was decent, and had three small balconies. The staff were super friendly although they spoke little English we were able to communicate via google translate. The bed was super comfy and our apartment was kept cool even though it was 30degrees outside. We stayed for nearly two weeks and only had our apartment serviced once so I’d say that is probably my only negative review. Location was perfect - close to the main streets, buses, and grocery...

"Great place and cheap"

"every thing positive written about this hotel is a big lie! toilet in the bedroom! dirty bathroom, cold water, bed sheets dirty and extremely old. matrresses are ancient and in very bad shape ( deep in the middle of the bed ). No wifi, only hot water in the shower, blankets at least 20 years old! No tv, and the list is long! in short every positive comment written about this hotel is probably written by their friends and relavies! "

Very well appointed hotel with great facilities including sauna and steam which unusually were well appreciated after a big storm Probably one of the most abundant and impressive breakfast buffets I’ve had in a long time. "Wonderful hotel with a great atmosphere! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was excellent with a wide variety to choose from. We especially enjoyed the evening entertainment – live music, shows, and a fun animation team that engaged both children and adults. The SPA was excellent, with relaxing treatments and a beautiful Turkish bath. Perfect for both couples and families – lots of pools, activities, and friendly staff. A truly memorable holiday, a hotel where we would love to return again."

"A really nice resort, great layout. It was busy, but you never really felt overcrowded, except at the main restaurant and pool. Cons: people reserving sunbeds, though we always manage to find at least one. Rude guests - the staff work so hard and are really attentive, it was a shame to see how rude some 'entitled' people can be. No pool slides - we did know this and it would have made the pool area more rowdy, but my teens got a bit bored after a couple of days. Sea - lovely space, plenty of beds, great bar/restaurant, but the water can be so choppy. Some waves could take you"

"Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, pool a great size for a 38 bedroom hotel. No fighting for sunbeds. The rooms were of a good size and beds relatively comfy. Food was very nice, breakfast much the same everyday, but typically Turkish, fresh meats, cheeses, olives, jams etc. Many variety of eggs, fresh bread, pancakes and borek. Staff were lovely friendly, remembering names and room numbers, made the visit personal. Local to the town, 10 minute, easy walk. Beach is 15 mins away, with allocated sun lounges for the hotel, that are monitored, so not hard to get a lounger. Overall a great hotel, I would definitely stay again if in the area, 25 Mins to the airport a definite plus. "

"I’ve booked this at the last minute and so glad I did. Hotel is brand new, in a great location in Sarigerme and staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were spacious overlooking the beautiful outdoor pool. Rooms were squeaky clean and there were nice amenities inside. Oversized towels, well functioning A/C, comfortable beds made our stay enjoyable. We were originally planning to stay just one night but decided to stay another just so that we could get a good rest at this great hotel before continuing our trip. General Manager; Anil was super nice and ensured our stay was comfortable. If you’re looking for great service at a great location this is it. Look no further. "
